I have knee cartilage problem and doctors recommended knee surgery. I have tried many means but didnt see much improvement. Due to knee pain I have been walking putting pressure on the legs causing misalignment. I did an alignment of my legs before joining the Wellous program. Have taken 9 boxes of LiveOn and MoveOn and it has improved the strength and walking ability

Have completed first moveon packing(16 satchets) looks like thetes some improvements on my right knee,usually i felt pain while walking and bending. My back pain also seem to have some changes(less pain). I hope with continous consuming will give a better result. tq moveon
